Trout & Bobwhite Quail in the Classroom

The foundation of a society is predicated on the thoughtful and considerate approach each individual takes to give back to the community for which they reside. Subsequently, stewardship becomes a fundamental component to the broadening of our achievements and the overall success of our evolving future. To that end, seeing the world beyond the walls of the classroom and developing a sense of purpose within the global community is a vital component of our class structure. In keeping with this philosophical approach, we have established opportunities for students to develop their understanding of stewardship and their role within the community by participating in the Trout and Quail in the Classroom programs. These valuable interdisciplinary learning experiences assist in fostering the tenets of a quality learner-centered environment while promoting the value of stewardship. Should you have any questions regarding the implementation and/or the standards linked to these experiences, feel free to contact me.
